Conditions for participation:

• Participants have to arrive in Samsun on 15 May 2021 Saturday - check in time is 14.00; Departure on 20 May 2021 Thursday, check out time is 11.00 a.m. (after breakfast).
• Total number of participants: 35 people (including dancers, musicians, drivers, choreographers, managers)
• Performers must be between 15 - 26 years old. (There is no age limit for musicians.)
• Participants can use CD or live music.
• Participants will show their performances in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.
• Festival commitee will take care for the concerts in dependance with weather conditions.
• Participants should prepare 3-6 performances at most 10 minutes longer.
• Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions 8*10 meter.
• Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups during the festival. Festival language is English.
• There will be excursions for participiants (to tourists and historical sights) in their free time.
• The youth camp where groups will stay is in the seaside (3-4 beds in each room. All rooms have TV, air-conditioning and fridge. Bath and wc are in the rooms.)
• Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups.
• Each group should bring flag of their country with them.
• After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures, 1 video (which includes their performances).

Participation fee:

• 80 Euro per person (full board)
