It is allowed to participate in several nominations for an additional fee. There is a separate jury for the fine arts nomination, with all submitted works participate in the competition. Festival fee (from each participant): - Soloists, duets, trios - 40 euro per participant. - Teams (4 or more participants) - 25 euros per participant. Applications of soloists, duets, ensembles are submitted separately. It is allowed to participate in several nominations for an additional fee. For participation in an additional nomination: - Teams pay an additional fee of 5 euros per participant. - Trios, duets and soloists pay 20 euros per participant. Participants in the competition: The age of the participants of the competition program is 5 years and older. The participants of the competition program are divided into age categories according to the nominations. The corresponding age category shall be indicated when filling in the application form. Nominations: Choreographic genre (ensembles, trios, duets and soloists) classical choreography; folk choreography; folk-stylized choreography; modern choreography; pop choreography; children's story and play dance; oriental dance; sports dance; street directions (hip-hop, house, techno, disco, street, electric boogie, break-dance, pop locking and other street styles); ballroom dance (European program, Latin American program); dance show; historical folk dance. Participants shall submit one number in one nomination and in one age category. The duration of the number should not exceed four minutes. Vocal genre (ensembles, trios, duets and soloists) academic; folk; pop; jazz. Participants shall submit one number in one nomination and in one age category. The duration of the number should not exceed four minutes. Performance options: phonogram "-1", instrumental accompaniment, a cappella. The use of backing vocals is allowed if they are not in unison and do not overlap the main part dynamically. Choral genre academic; pop; jazz; folk. Participants shall submit one number in one nomination and in one age category. The duration of the number should not exceed four minutes. Performance options: phonogram "-1", instrumental accompaniment, a cappella. Folklore-ethnographic genre Age is not limited. One performance shall be presented, which is created on the basis of folklore, folk (regional, local) customs and rituals. Duration does not exceed ten minutes. Theater genre musical performance (musical, ballet, opera); straight play; chamber performance; dance theater; puppet theater; plastic and mime theaters; street theater; parody theater; shadow theater; mono-performance; experimental genre; art of declamation. There is no division into age categories for all nominations with the exception of mono-performance and art of declamation. Participants shall submit one composition-complete fragment or performance in one nomination and in one age category. The duration of the performance should not exceed ten minutes. Circus genre (ensembles, trios, duets and soloists) acrobatics; clownery; gymnastics; contortionists; equilibristics; juggling; shows with an object; illusion; original genre. Participants shall submit one number in one nomination and in one age category. The duration of the number should not exceed four minutes. IMPORTANT! Heads of circus teams bear full personal responsibility for the installation of circus facilities and safety during the performance. Fashion theater pret-a-porter; evening wear; national costume; historical costume; modern costume; fancy dress; business style clothes; clothes for sports and leisure. Participants submit one collection in one nomination and in one age category. The duration of the number should not exceed five minutes. Bard song Auteur (full auteur - the performer is the author of both lyrics and music; incomplete auteur - the performer is the author of either lyrics or music); Performance song. The contestants perform one song in one nomination and in one age category on a free theme corresponding to the bardic song genre. The duration of the performance should not exceed four minutes. Author's lyrics as well as translation into Russian should be enclosed with the application form. When performing songs it is not allowed to use phonograms and electronic instruments, except for acoustic instruments with a sound adapter. In the younger age group it is allowed to perform songs with accompaniment of other participants (except for teachers). Fine Arts painting; graphics; fine art photography; arts and crafts. Home works are evaluated by a competent jury. The results are announced at the gala concert. Each evaluated work receives a diploma depending on the place taken. Apart from individual competitions during the Festival there are group activities, creative meetings with artists, open discussions related to visual arts. Requirements for competition works. Home works can be made in any genre, technique and on any format, but no bigger than A1: still life, portrait, landscape, plot composition, arts and crafts work. The participants of the Festival present one work for the exhibition, framed in a white paper paspartum with a width of 40 mm. On the front side of each work a plate with the data should be placed (full name of the author; age of the author; name of the work; material (for works of arts and crafts); name of the team). Works for the Festival-Contest are accepted as donations to create a gallery of the Festival. Works will not be returned. Plein air (sketches from nature). Sketches are made in any technique on A3 format during the Festival. All necessary materials are to be brought by the participants. Evaluation criteria: choreography - theme and selection of repertoire; performance skills; staging and originality; costumes and props; artistry and expressiveness; vocal, chorus - purity of intonation, beauty of timbre and strength of voice, mastery of sound dynamics, artistry and expressiveness, appearance; instrumental genre - purity of performance, mastery of sound dynamics, complexity of the performed work, creative individuality, appearance; folklore - themes and selection of repertoire; performing skills; staging and originality; costumes and props; artistry and expressiveness; theater - theme and selection of repertoire; acting skills, compositional structure (mise-en-scene), artistic design and props, diction; circus - complexity of the performed program; purity of performance; originality; artistry and expressiveness; appearance; fashion theater - originality, newness, design; artistic expressiveness; correspondence to the theme and integrity of the collection; creative approach in the use of materials and technologies; bard song - correspondence to the genre, level of instrumental and vocal skill, expressiveness and individuality, content and positivity, artistry, purity of intonation; fine arts - younger age category (originality of idea and execution; artistic expressiveness); middle age category (originality of idea and execution; artistic expressiveness; mastery of composition techniques; coloristic solution); older, youth, professional age category (depth of theme disclosure; mastery of composition techniques; coloristic solution; originality of idea and execution; artistic expressiveness; aesthetic value). Home and plein air works are evaluated according to the 10-point system. The Jury has the right to reject works that do not comply with these regulations. Jury: An expert jury consisting of leading figures of culture and art shall be formed to evaluate the contest performances. The allocation of prizes in the competition program is based on the protocol of the jury and the number of points scored in the competition program. The decision of the Jury is final and is not subject for discussion! The Chairman of the Jury has the right to +1 vote in case of a controversial situation. Jury members have no right to reveal the results of the competition before the official announcement. The program of performances and the Gala Concert is to be determined by the directing and staging group. The program is final and is not subject to discussion. Awarding: By the decision of the expert jury in each nomination, taking into account the age category, laureates of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree and diploma holders of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree are determined and awarded with diplomas and memorable souvenirs. The jury has the right not to award a prize, to award two prizes, to assign additional incentive prizes. The jury may split the title of laureate or diploma winner between several participants, as well as not to award it to anyone. Each group is awarded with a cup of the Festival participant. Certificates, "Best" Cups, "Grand Prix" Cup are awarded according to the decision of the Festival Jury members. Technical requirements: The phonogram recording must be: - attached to the application in the user's personal profile; Important! It is obligatory to have copies of phonograms. Organizational requirements: The festival is participated by creative groups and soloists who have submitted a creative application thirty days before the festival and received confirmation of the application registration from the organizers. Lists of participants and leaders are to be sent to the organizers and should contain the following information: Full name (in Latin letters according to passport), date of birth, passport number and series, home address, contact phone number. Organizations delegating the participants or the participants themselves pay for transportation, accommodation, meals and a contribution for the development of the festival. The team leader is responsible for the life and health of children. Failure to comply with the terms of the regulations will result in exclusion from the festival. All materials (audio, video and printed materials) created at the festival, the organizers consider as their property, and have the right to use and distribute information at their discretion without payment of royalties to participants. Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
