Директор: Mr. Ferah AKÇA International Alanya & Manavgat Choir Festival 25-30 May 2026 Alanya - Antalya Conditions for participation: Hotel check in time is 14.00 and leaving time is 11.00 a.m Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room. Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room. There is not any limit for participant number. Participants can use CD or live music . Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision. While festival participants will show their performance with duration of 12 minutes maximum. Performance will be showed in open area. Festival language is English. There will be historical and tourist trips for participiants in free times. Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment). Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person. Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them. There is no limit for the age of participants. Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. Airport transfer fee is 40 Euro for 1 person (Round trip). Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures, 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups. Participation fee: 205 euro for per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 5 star hotel non alcoholic drinks. Double room price is 46 Euro per day per person. 240 euro for per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 5 star hotel including alcohol drinks. Double room price is 53 Euro per day per person. Single room price is 95 Euro per day. Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed. There are no quadruple rooms. * On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free). Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 2.000 Euro deposit before 20 February 2026.
