"Rooted in tradition, inspired by tomorrow”

Participants are: Folklore dance groups, choirs, music bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival which will be held in Rimini on Adriatic coast of Italy. The applying groups can be from all over the world. There is no age limit. Soloist are accepted in limited conditions. Family members and friends may join this folklore festival Rimini and be accomodated at the same price in the same conditions.

Program:

Breakfast, departure until 11:00 AM.

The dates of the event may be subject to change, in agreement with the local partners and authorities.
As the festival takes place in open-air venues, in case of unfavorable weather conditions the event may be cancelled for safety reasons.

Participation fee:

• 193 Euro per person - 3 nights accomodation half-board - 3 or 4 beds / room
• 218 Euro per person - 4 nights accomodation half-board - 3 or 4 beds / room
• 243 Euro per person - 5 nights accomodation half-board - 3 or 4 beds / room

Additional free seat on every 26 people (25+1).

Payments:

• All payments must be made by bank transfer to the accounts indicated by the organizers.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participating group.
• Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the group.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, major restrictions), payments may be transferred as credit to a future edition of the festival.
• Payments to the main organizer are due only after the Participation Agreement has been signed.

Participation fee includes:

• Accommodation in 3* hotels along the Adriatic Riviera
• Standard accommodation: triple or quadruple rooms
• Family apartments (4+2 beds) may also be available
• Extra nights: 47 Euro per person per day
• 1 free person for every 26 paying participants
• Minimum group size: 20 persons (including bus drivers)
• Family members & friends welcome at the same price
• Check-in: after 14:00 | Check-out: until 11:00

Participation fee does not include:

• Visa
• Medical insurance
• Tourist guide
• All transfers
• City tax: up to 3 Euro per person per night (applies to participants over 14 years old, payable directly at the hotel reception; for this package: maximum 15 Euro per person)
• Supplements for limited double or single rooms (upon request): Double room +7 Euro per person per day, Single room +30 Euro per person per day
• Bus parking: hotels do not provide free bus parking. Parking is available in designated areas of Rimini, with fees up to approx. 20 Euro per day (depending on location and season)

Important notes / disclaimers:

• The program and fees may be subject to slight changes due to external factors (such as weather conditions or local regulations).
• Each participating group must prepare a performance of approx. 10 minutes (adjustable depending on the total number of groups in the show). Music and interpretation can be live or recorded on electronic support.

Optional services & benefits:

• Discounted tickets for Mirabilandia and Italia in Miniatura, available through the organizers or the hotels.
• Upon request: guidance and support for additional services such as transport tickets, airport transfers, or boat trips.

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
