From June 24 to 28, 2026, the Black Sea coast will once again become a stage for some of the most vibrant and inspiring folklore performances. The 22nd International Folklore Festival Euro Folk – Black Sea 2026 brings together groups from around the world in Kiten and Primorsko. The festival is part of the Championship system of the European Association of Folklore Festivals, making it a key event for ensembles seeking ranking in the World Folklore Ranking. The competition program will be broadcast live on EAFF and EurofolkTV channels, reaching an international audience. The seaside host towns offer the perfect summer atmosphere—beaches, nature, walks, and opportunities for creative exchange among participants. Ensembles from various styles—vocal groups, choirs, ensembles, dance schools, orchestras, and solo performers—will have the chance to present their cultural identity on a prestigious stage. The awards include the Grand Prix Golden Orpheus and distinctions for the best performers and artistic directors, with many participants receiving recommendations for major championships. Applications for participation are now open. Submit yours and become part of one of the most inspiring folklore events of 2026.
