From July 25 to 29, 2025, the city of Ohrid, North Macedonia, hosted the International Folklore Festival “Ohrid Fest”, bringing together more than 420 participants from seven countries.

This year’s edition featured folk groups from Croatia, two ensembles from Lithuania, as well as performers from Turkey, Mexico, Georgia, and Romania. The festival program included two major evening events held in the city center of Ohrid, attracting the attention of both locals and tourists from around the world.

In addition to their performances, the participants had the chance to explore the cultural and natural beauty of the region – with guided walks through the old town and a boat trip to the Saint Naum Monastery.

At the end of the festival, all participants received certificates of appreciation and official participation diplomas from the organizers. The event concluded with extremely positive feedback – the atmosphere, organization, and overall experience left lasting memories for all guests.
