The XXI Black Sea Festival “Euro Folk” 2024 concluded with a grand award ceremony, where the top prize, the “Golden Orpheus” and the Grand Prix for 2024, were awarded to the Youth Group of the “MI-RE-LA” Folklore Dance School from German village, Sofia region. Under the leadership of Mirela Dimitrova and Atanas Terziev, the young talents won the hearts of the jury and audience with their unique blend of traditional and modern elements in their performances. Among other well-deserved awards, groups from various folklore genres and ethnographic regions were also recognized. The festival, held on the stages of Primorsko and Kiten, gathered dozens of participants from all over Bulgaria, showcasing an impressive program of songs, dances, and musical performances. The event was closed by the president of the European Association of Folklore Festivals (EAFF), Kaloyan Nikolov, who praised the high level of performances and wished all participants success in their future artistic endeavors.
