More than 400 performers of folk dances and songs from Montenegro, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia gathered in Ohrid on VI International Festival to celebrate the Day of St. Cyril and  St. Methodius.

The festival evening of May 22 began with a parade of participants in the old town, which continued at the Center for Culture "G.Prlicev" in Ohrid.

Folklore forum was opened by the director of the festival Zoran Strezovski. In his welcoming speech, he spokes about the meaning of the work of Cyril and Methodius.

The festival was supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia and the Municipality of Ohrid.

During his stay in Ohrid groups had the opportunity to visit the most popular historical and cultural monuments in the city and region; enjoy the unique beauty of Ohrid Lake, as well as a boat trip to the monastery "St. Naum" ...

Festival ended with a party for all participants.
