More than 350 groups with more than 10 000 dancers, singers and musicians took part in November in festivals held in November in Georgia, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Russia, India, Macedonia, China, Spain, Serbia. Folklore forums were held under the auspices of the European Association of Folklore Festivals (EAFF). Each festival caused aesthetic pleasure, strong emotional experiences of the participants, helped establishing new friendships and strengthen old ones.

 

Accent in November was the participation of the President of the European Association of Folklore Festivals (EAFF), Mr. Kaloyan Nikolov, as a member of the honorary jury of VIII International Folklore Festival "INTERFOLK", which took place from 13 to 17 November in St. Petersburg, Russia . Among the many awards, during the folk event, were granted vouchers at the total cost of  2 000 Euro for participation in the European Folklore Championship  „Euro Folk” and the World Championship of Folklore „World Folk“, handed personally by Mr. Nikolov.
