Prof. Lauzi Chanishvili - the chairman of the Creative Union of Choreographers in Georgia, became a honorable member of the European Association of Folklore Festivals - EAFF. Certificate with a golden stamp was awarded to him personally from the president of EAFF - Mr. Kaloyan Nikolov at the International Folklore Festival "Rhythms of Fall". The festival is taking place from 22nd to 29th of October in the towns of Kvareli and Telavi, Georgia.Mr. Nikolov has a meeting with the Minister of Culture of Georgia - Mrs. Manana Berikashvili, the Mayor of the town of Telavi - Mr. Platon Kalmazhelidze, members of the world famous ballet "Sukhishvili", eminent cultural figures in Georgia. During the meetings was discussed the creative development of children and young people, future exchange of experience, activation of creative contacts and strengthening the mutual respect and tolerance through the folklore.In the spectacular celebration of singing and dancing art are participating 98 groups with more than 3000 participants - children and young people from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Russia and Georgia, aged between 6 and 24.
