The third edition of the International folklore festival "Days Of Debarca" gave a stage for performance of 18 folklore groups, to show their culture and traditional folklore arts. From 20 to 24 August in Ohrid non-professional artists from different countries sang and danced.The 800 participants, residents and guests of Ohrid, who attended the official opening ceremony on 22 August.At the end of the third festival evening on 23th of August, the director of the festival Mr. Milenko Andreski thanked the participants for taking part in The III International Folklore Festival “Macedonian Sun” by giving them certificates and all the groups had chance to exchange gifts and contacts with each other.The festival evening was held near the oldest tree – Cinar - one of the symbols of Ohrid. Besides presenting their traditional songs and dances, the participants showed interesting costumes. The atmosphere of the folklore event was more than celebratory and cohesive.The groups from around the world had the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends and enjoy the beauty of Ohrid. In their free time, groups visited many historical and cultural monuments, cruising to St. Naum with boat, visiting The City Of Bones also the Cave Church, St. Kalishta and Vevcani Springs in Struga.
