Participation fee:

• 135 Euro per person
  • Fee for participation in the contest program: 35 Euro per participant!
  • One free place for every 25 paying participants (24+1)

Participation fee includes:

• Accommodation in 3/ 4* hotels like: Gran Oral Hotel Istanbul***, Hotel Diana***, Hotel Central Park****… for 3 nights with breakfast in triple or quadruple rooms (with the option to pay extra 5 Euro per person per night for a double room).
• The first registration fee for the Istanbul Dance Open 2024.
• PRIZES for contestants.
• MEDALS and DIPLOMAS (for all contestants), TROPHIES for groups and formations (for places 1-3), SPECIAL PRIZES for participating in some of the competitions organized by us (Spain, Prague, Rimini, Vienna, Rome, Amsterdam, Paris…).

Participation fee does not include:

• Travel expenses, insurance, hotel parking, vignettes, tolls for groups arriving with their own transport...
• Each subsequent registration fee for Istanbul Dance Open 2024 costs 15 Euro per dancer per choreography.
• Optional tours:
  • Sightseeing tour of Istanbul’s historic core: Kapalı Çarşı, the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace - 15 Euro
  • Joyful Istanbul: Miniaturk (miniature Turkey) + Balat (colourful facades) and Fener (The Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople) - 15 Euro
  • Bosphorus cruise between Europe and Asia - 20 Euro

NOTE: After the choreography registration deadline expires, we will send you all your submitted choreographies to check them one last time, you will have 48 hours to let us know if everything is ok. After this, the registration fee must be paid in full at the check-in for all registered choreographies.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
