Director: Ferah AKÇA International Alanya Folk Dance and Music Festival 20 - 25 June 2025 in Alanya / Antalya Participants: Folk Dance Modern Dance Music Rhytmic Gymnastics Majorette Groups Dance Theatre Conditions for participation: Participants have to come in Alanya on 20th June - check in time is 14.00; Departure on 25th June 2025, check out time is 11.00 a.m. Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room. Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room. There is not any limit for participants number. Participants can use CD or live music. Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision. Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions. Participants should prepare performances with duration maximum 10 minutes. Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions 8*9 meter. Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups during the festival. Festival language is English. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in their spare time. Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment). Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person. Aquapark price is 25 Euro for 1 person. The groups will be accommodated in 5* ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups. Groups should bring a flag of their country with them. There is no limit for the age of participants. After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances). Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee. (Only by coming airplane). Airport transfer fee is 35 Euro per person (airport - hotel - airport). Participation fee: 220 Euro per person for 4 nights/ 5 days in triple rooms (1 french bed and 1 single bed) in 5* ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE hotel (including alcohol drinks) Double room price is 59 Euro per person per day Quadruple Family room (dublex) price is 65 Euro per person per day * On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free). Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 1.000 Euro deposit before 1 May 2025.
