Antalya is one of the most beautiful and popular resorts in Turkey. Known as the "Pearl of the Mediterranean", Antalya offers picturesque landscapes, golden beaches and a rich history. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy their stay in a luxurious 5-star ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE hotel and discover the local culture and hospitality. The festival is dedicated to the following young talents from around the world and includes categories: Participants: Folk Dance Modern Dance Music Rhytmic Gymnastics Majorette Groups Dance Theatre Conditions for participation: Participants should come to come Antalya on 19 April (Saturday) - hotel check in time is 14.00 and leaving time is 24 April (Thursday) - 11.00. Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person - includes food and bavarege service, not room. Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person - includes food and bavarege service, not room. Performance Guidelines: There is no limit for the number of participants. Participants can use CD or live music. The groups should bring flags of their countries with them. Participants will show their performances in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision. Festival committee will organize the concerts in accordance with weather conditions. Participants should prepare performance with duration maximum 10 minutes. Concert will be held in an open area. Stage - 8*9 meters. Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups. Festival language is English. Participation fee: 160 Euro per person for 5 nights/ 6 days in triple rooms (1 french bed and 1 single bed) in 5* ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE hotel Quadruple Family room (dublex) price is 36 Euro per person per day. Double room price is 37 Euro per person per day Single room price is 49 Euro per person per day * On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free). Additional Activities (Optional, Extra Fees): Excursions (historical and tourists sights) will be arranged for the participants in their free time. Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (extra payment - Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person; Aquapark price is 25 Euro for 1 person) Transport and Insurance: Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurance are the responsibility of the groups. Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee (Only by coming airplane). Airport transfer fee is 35 Euro per person (airport - hotel - airport). Registration and payments: Groups must send: Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form. 5 different photos and 1 video of the performance. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. A deposit of 1000 euros must be paid by February 1, 2025. These conditions guarantee the smooth running of the festival and an unforgettable experience for all participants!
