Festival Participant (Mandatory) Dance Styles: Festival is open to all dance and music groups of any style: Folk Dances, Theatres, Classical, Contemporary, Latin, Ball room, Street, Modern Social, Oriental, Fusion Dances, Choirs, Brass Bands, Orchestras & majorettes. Age Category: 7 to 70+ years. Group Members: 4+ to 40+ unlimited. Music: Participants are allowed to perform on live or recorded music. Travel: Flight Tickets round trip and the Travel Health insurance should be at the Group’s Expense. Accommodation: Each group should choose the accommodation packages listed below in this section accordingly 3*/4* hotels will be provided. Performance: The Groups should perform 4 different dance items with 10/ 15 minutes slots each 1 or 2 times a day at provided venues. Category 2. Festival Competitor (Optional) It is mandatory that only the Festival Participants can take part in the festival Competition too where they need to pay extra competition participation fee. Group Members should be of minimum 10 members to no limit. Festival will receive the group on arrival from the Delhi - Indira Gandhi International Airport-DEL and will escort the groups to the Boarding sections of the DEL Intl Airport on departures from INDIA. Groups can not engage themselves with any other Tour operator while in India on Organizers invitation. Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
