24th June - In morning hours arrival to the most famous tourist centre in Costa Brava-Lloret de Mar, which is 65 kilometres from Barcelona. Hotel accommodation. Lunch. Afternoon relaxing. Sightseeing of town, walks, and going to a performing place, town square. Facultative going out to a discoteque. Dinner. Overnight stay.

25th June - Breakfast. After breakfast possible going to tour Barcelona. Lunch (lunch packаge) for those who are going to Barcelona. After arriving to Barcelona follows sightseeing of Gaudi’s Barcelona, church commited to Sagrada Familia, Guel Park and well-known house of Batila and Milo. After tour of Gaudi’s works follows a walk along the main street of Barcelona, Ramblom, andthan Gothic square and tour of Barcelonа cathedral, Parliament, Picaso’s museum…After that free time for walks, sightseeing of Barcelona. Leaving to Lloret de Mar. Disco club or flamenco club. Dinner. Overnight stay.

26th June - Breakfast. After breakfast possible visit of Aqua park or leaving to the beach…swimming, water sports…Lunch. Start Lloret de Mar Fest Info Dance 2026. Dinner. Possible disco or flamenco club visit. Overnight stay.

27th June - Breakfast. Leisure activities or possible facultative tour to Barcelona or Port Aventura part-theme park with extrodinary attractions, so called Spanish "Disneyland"! Incredible attractions: Dragon Khan, riding a boat through falls, Condor flight, temple of fire…lunch. Back to Lloret de Mar. Dinner. Facultative disco clubs. Overnight stay.

28th June - Breakfast. After breakfast, facultative possible tour to Barcelona and second tour of town: visit to the museum and the most famous and the most beatufil stadion with possibility of buying souvenirs with inicials of FC Barcelona…After tour of Nou camp, leaving to a Monjuik hill and visiting of Olymphic comlex (royal stadion, Calatravin tower, National library)…possible tour to famous aquarium of Barcelona… Free time for sightseeing…Return to Lloret de Mar. Lunch. (Lunch package for those who are going to Barcelona). Dinner. Disco or flamenco club visit. Overnight stay.

29th June - Breakfast. After breakfast, unfortunately, leaving Lloret de Mar and optional travel to France with occasional breaks…arriving to Cannes follows the tour and sightseeing of movie palace, golden stairs, fortress…sightseeing of Nice: English promenade, Nike monument, Opera, Shato, monument for the dead, Garibaldi’s house…

Participation fee:

• 285 Euro per person for the full board service and accommodation at 3* Hotels like: Hotel Fenals Mar***, Hotel Golden Sand***

• 305 Euro per person for the full board service and accommodation at 3* Hotels like: Hotel Copacabana***, Hotel Hawai/Montevista***

• 285 Euro per person for the half board service and accommodation at 4* Hotels like: Hotel Sun Village****

• 305 Euro per person for the full board service and accommodation at 4* Hotels like: Hotel Xeine Park****, Hotel Ona Don Juan****

  • Fee for participation in the contest program: 35 Euro per participant

Participation fee includes:

• 5 nights accommodation (full board or half board - buffet service) in Loret de Mar in chosen hotel type with 3 or 4* in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms;
• First fee for dancers for participation in competition and free entrance to competition for other people who use our package;
• Organizational expenses;
• Invitation letter;
• One free place on every 25th participant (24+1);
• Awards for dancers: DIPLOMAS AND MEDALS (for all dancers), CUPS for groups and formations (1st-3rd place awarded), SPECIAL AWARDS (vouchers for free fees for participation in festivals in Vienna, Budapest, Istanbul, Rome, Milano, Prague, Ljubljana, Lloret de Mar, Rimini...), MONEY AWARDS (depends on the number of applications), OTHER AWARDS (merch, sponsored awards)...

Participation fee does not include:

• Tourist tax at Hotels in Lloret de Mar from 1.32 Euro for 3 stars and 2.64 Euro for 4 stars hotels per person per day;
• Additional day in Lloret de Mar costs from 55 Euro per person (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms; the price depends on the days of additional overnight stay and hotel price at the moment;
• Additional payment for 1/2 room is 7 Euro per person per night;
• Every next fee for participation competition is 20 Euro per dancer per choreography;
• Facultative tours: Barcelona (from 35 Euro), Flamenco show (from 35 Euro), Aquarium Barcelona (from 35 Euro) - all prices depend on the number of people in the group and ticket prices in moment of excursions and it can be changed
  • Excursions proposed by the organizer are optional and are reserved only after request up to 2 weeks before the beginning of the festival!

Notice: After choreography application deadline, we will send you all your choreography to check. You will have 48 hours to answer us if everything is ok. After that, all fees for all choreographies that you applied, have to be 100% paid!
