Director: Gursel Hussein Yozgat is a city and district in central Turkey, the administrative center of Yozgat Province. As of 2011, the city had a population of 76,745 and the district 96,350. The district area is 2054 km². Participants: We are pleased to invite you (folklore ensembles, choirs and orchestras, majorette teams), (children’s, youth and adult groups) to take part in our festival. Participation conditions: Please send us a short description of your group, containing at least 4 photos, a promo video or internet links. No age restrictions. No limits on the number of participants. Arrival date — April 20 from 12:00 to 14:00, departure date — April 25 until 10:00. Groups may use live or recorded music during their performances. All groups will prepare at least 2 different performances, each lasting 10–15 minutes. There will be 4 performances in total. Participating countries must bring 2 flags (1 will be given to the festival organizing committee). Participating countries must bring 3 gifts for protocol events. Air tickets and visas (if necessary) are the responsibility of the groups. Festival organizing committee provides: Breakfast (buffet at the hotel), lunch, and dinner (fixed menu) every day. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation, and each group leader — commemorative plaques and local souvenirs. Personal responsibility and medical insurance are the obligations of the groups. First aid and hospital access will be available; medical services must be paid for by the group. Participation fee: 115 Euro per person – 5 nights / 6 days, full board. For a group of 40 people — 3 people free of charge. Hotels: Grand Ser Otel 4** Accommodation in a hotel with a swimming pool. Rooms for 2, 3, and 4 people are available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided (buffet; lunch and dinner may be served or boxed). Free Wi-Fi and parking. Transfer Ankara Airport – Yozgat (round trip) is included in the price. Groups check in after 12:00 and check out before 10:00. Groups must provide rooming lists no later than one month before the start of the festival. Each group wishing to participate must fill out an Application Form. Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee deposit, which will be deducted from the final payment amount. Next step: Groups must pay an additional 20% deposit to the organizer in advance, which will be deducted from the final settlement. The remaining amount must be paid on the first night of the stay at the hotel. Any bank fees must be paid by the applicant. Any payments are non-refundable for those who, for any reason, are unable to join us at the festival after making a payment.
