The goal of the festival-contest is to popularize culture worldwide, preserve and develop national cultures and traditions, showcase the best examples of world classics and contemporary art. It aims to promote and advocate for a healthy lifestyle, activate the creative activities of talented children, adolescents, and youth, and foster the development of relationships between countries. The festival encourages collaboration and interaction among professionals in the field of artistic creativity for children, youth, and adults.

Participants:

Soloists, small groups, ensembles / chamber formations and ensembles are invited.

Genres:

Performers and groups are invited to participate in the following categories:

Nomination: "Folklore"
Folklore groups can present a fragment of a traditional ritual, dance, song, performance on traditional folk instruments, or create a celebration based on the folklore of the country represented by the group, lasting up to 10 minutes.

Nomination: "Vocal" (soloists, duets, ensembles, choirs)
  • Pop vocal, folk vocal, academic vocal, jazz vocal.
  • Original songs.
    Vocalists may perform with musical accompaniment or a cappella. All pieces must be performed using a "minus" backing track or live accompaniment. The use of backing vocals on the track is allowed. However, double vocals (instrumental or vocal duplication of the main part) are not permitted for soloists.

Nomination: "Vocal-Instrumental Genre"0p

Nomination: "Choreography" (soloists, duets, groups)
  • Folk dance, stylized folk dance, classical dance, ballroom dance (European program, Latin American program, formation), modern/contemporary, jazz, artistic, street dance, children's choreography, oriental dance, majorettes, cheerleading, flash mob, show program.
Nomination: "Instrumental" (soloists, duets, ensembles)
  • String and plucked instruments, wind instruments, folk instruments (piano is not included in this category).
Nomination: "Theatrical Arts" (soloists, duets, groups)
  • Variety miniatures, dramatic reading, theatrical performance.
Nomination: "Circus Arts" (soloists, duets, groups)
  • Variety miniatures; circus arts; fashion theaters and modeling agencies.
Nomination: "Defile" (soloists, duets, groups)
  • Fashion theaters and modeling agencies.
Other genres in accordance with the submitted applications.
The festival is of a competitive nature.

Technical requirements:

Competitive program within the time limit:
  • Soloists, duets, trios - 4 minutes.
  • Small groups (4-10 individuals) - 6 minutes.
  • Ensembles and groups (11 or more individuals) - 9 minutes.
Participants have the right to participate in multiple genre categories with separate applications and separate fees for each application.

Age groups:

  • MINI Kids      4-6 years old
  • Kids:              7-9 years old
  • Children:       10-13 years old
  • Junior:           14-17 years old
  • Adults:          18 years old and above
  • Senior:          50 years old and above
  •                       MIXED GROUPS
To participate in the festival, it is necessary to submit an application along with a QUALITY backing track to the Organizer's email Until April 20th. In case the performance exceeds the allotted time in the application, the Organizer reserves the right to stop the performance.

Awards:

  • Winner of the Grand Prix - Diamond Champion receives a large Grand Prix cup, festival medals, and a Grand Prix Diploma
  • Winner of the Small Grand Prix receives a cup, festival medals, and a Diploma
  • Laureates of I, II, III, IV prize - receive individual diplomas, festival medals, and a cup for the group.
  • "Participant" diploma for groups/soloists who receive a score below 4th place.
  • "Debut" diploma for participants in the MINI KIDS category, aged 4-6 years.
  •  Letters of thanks to teachers and leaders for preparation and participation
  •  Upon recommendation of the Jury - Certificates for FREE participation
All participants receive festival memorabilia from the organizers (participant badges/magnets/notebooks), individual diplomas, and festival medals. The set of symbols may change.

Participation fee:

  • Groups (11 or more participants) - 18 euro per participant.
  • Groups (4-10 participants) - 22 euro per participant.
  • Duets and trios - 30 euro per participant.
  • Soloists - 35 euro per participant.
For participation in additional categories:
Groups (4 or more participants): additional fee of 10 euros per participant for each additional application.
Soloists, duets, and trios: additional fee of 18 euros per participant for each additional application.

Jury:

The jury panel is formed by the Organizers and consists of representatives from the fields of culture, arts, public organizations, media, and other prominent personalities from participating countries.
The permanent jury panel consists of 5 members.

Evaluation is conducted on a 10-point scale.

The jury has the right to:
  • Provide recommendations to the competition participants.
  • Recognize individual performers and award them with special prizes.
  • By agreement with the organizing committee, make decisions regarding changes to the festival regulations or not award participants with prizes in specific categories.
  • The jury has the right to withhold the Grand Prix if there is an insufficient number of points. The jury's decision is final and not subject to review.

Information:

The deadline for submitting applications is April 30, 2026, or earlier if hotel availability or the competition schedule is fully booked.
Invoices for participation fees will be sent by the organizers after receiving your application and confirming your participation.
The organizing committee provides accommodation and a cultural program (excursions) in agreement with the participants.
Group delegations may include performers and their accompanying persons. The number of performers and accompanying persons is not limited.
Competition participants must be accompanied by parents and/or leaders who are responsible for the safety and well-being of the children. Leaders, parents, and accompanying adults are personally responsible for safeguarding personal valuables, costumes, and props, as well as for preserving property during performances at any venue and in the hotels where they stay during the festival-competition.
In case of damages caused by the participants of a group, the leader, parents, or accompanying adults must reimburse the costs claimed by the venue administration.
All material expenses related to participation are borne by the participants.
The organizers reserve the right to close the application process earlier in the case of a large number of applications or by the specified deadline.

Program:

June 11, 2026
Arrival in Croatia, Zaton Resort.
Accommodation at the Zaton Holiday Resort 4* (www.zaton.hr) in two-room cottages (Camping Homes), 5–6 persons per cottage.

Meals: half board – breakfast and dinner (buffet style).
Meals start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. The resort is located 14 km from the city of Zadar and 90 km from the waterfalls of Krka National Park.

June 12 - 14, 2026

Relax at the seaside, with optional excursions to the Krka Waterfalls and the city of Zadar (extra charge).

June 15 – 16, 2026 
Relax at the seaside / the competition (date to be confirmed):

Parade of Participants and Ensembles.
Concert performances – “presentation shows.”
Opening of the competition on the open-air stage in the Zaton area.
Competition performances.
Gala concert and awards ceremony for the participants.

Included in the price:

The festival package includes:
  • 7 days/ 6 nights in the hotel complex for staying in cottages.
    Standard group accommodation5–6 persons per cottage (one double bed and three single beds, one of which is on the upper level, plus a sofa in the living area).
  • half board – 2 meals a day (buffet style)
  • Free accommodation: 20+1 (one group leader for every 20 participants stays for free).
  • Tourist tax
On the resort premises:
  • 2 outdoor swimming pools
  • Splash park
  • Sports grounds for games and activities
  • Buffet restaurant (capacity up to 500 people)

  • À la carte restaurant (extra charge)

Extra payments:

  • Participation fee for the festival

  • Transportation services: from hotel to Competition and back, from Airport to hotel and back
Additional information:
- Upon check-in, a deposit of €20 per person is required at the hotel.
The amount will be refunded to the group upon departure, provided no material damage has occurred.
 
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
