Director: Ferah AKÇA International Ankara-Kazan Dance and Music Festival 27 - 31 August 2026 Participants: Folk Dance Music (Ethnic, Folk) Dance Theatre Conditions for participation: Participants have to come in Ankara-Kazan on 27th August - check in time is 10.00; Departure on 31st August 2026, check out time is 13.00 p.m The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 35 people per group. Dancers must be over 12 years old. Participants can use CD or live music. Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision. Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions. Participants should prepare performances with duration maximum 8 minutes. Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions 9*10 meter. Festival language is English. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in their spare time. Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups. Groups should bring a flag of their country with them. After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances). Participation fee: 65 Euro per person - 4 FB in Dormitory 90 Euro per person - 4 FB in Hotel Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 1.000 Euro deposit before 01 March 2026.
