Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room There is not any limit for participant number. Participants can use CD or live music. Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision. While festival, participants will show their performance with duration of 8 minutes max. Performance will be showed in open area. Performances will be showed in a stage with dimensions 8 * 10 m. Festival language is English. There will be historical and tourist trips for participiants in free time. Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment). Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them. There is no limit for the age of participants. Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. Airport transfer fee is 40 Euro for 1 person (Round trip) Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures, 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups. Participation fee: 165 euro for per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 4 star hotel including alcohol drinks Double room price is 38 euro per day per person. 200 euro for per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 5 star hotel non alcoholic drinks. Double room price is 45 Euro per day per person. 230 euro for per person - 5 nights 6 days in triple room. 5 star hotel including alcohol drinks. Double room price is 51 Euro per day per person. Single room price is 84 Euro per day. Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed. There are no quadruple rooms. * On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free). Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 2.000 Euro deposit before 20 February 2026.
