Participation conditions:

• Dancers must be over 10 years of age.
• There are no age restrictions for musicians.
• Performance duration must be no longer than 10–12 minutes, with an additional 3 minutes for official presentation.
• Each country must perform traditional folk dances wearing national costumes.
• Each group must consist of no more than 40 participants.
• Full accommodation will be provided (excluding alcoholic beverages).
• All groups must bring their national flags.
• Names of dancers and all other participants must be submitted no later than August 30, 2025.
• Music may be performed via CDs, USB drives, or live music.
• An official invitation will be sent at a later stage.
• All participants must have medical insurance before arriving.
• Each group must bring at least 3 items representing their culture to be offered as gifts.

Participation fee:

• 185 Euro per person - Standard package (5 days / 4 nights)
• Extra night – 48 Euro
