Dresden is known for its long and interesting history, a large number of monuments - which testify to the golden times of Saxony, as well as incredible stories about the former ruling family, especially about Augustus the Strong. The Semper Opera, Zwinger Cathedral, the royal palace, museums, galleries, the new synagogue, bridges on the Elbe, promenades and squares are just some of the sights of this magical city.
