International festival of folklore in Stavros (11 - 14 May 2012)

Festival in Stavros (70 km from Thessaloniki) is held in a beautiful amphitheater in the center of the town under the Mayor's sponsorship.

Participants are ensembles from Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Hungary….
PROGRAM:
1.day – Arival of ensemble. After 13h accommodation. Dinner, overnight stay.
2.day – Breakfast, leisure. Dinner, defile, Performance at city amphitheater.
Receiving of certificates., overnight stay.
3.day– After breakfast facultative tour – island TASOS
with attendance of professional local guides. Dinner. Overnight stay.
4.day– Breakfast, abandonment hotels at 9h

Registration fee:
Price of registration fee is 69 € per person
The arrangment price includes:
- Hotel - apartments accomodationin Stavros
- 3 half board (breakfastand dinner)
- Organization expenses
- Degrees
- Inviting letter
- On 25 participants 1 is free of coast
Accomodation is in hotel or apartments. Rooms are with 3 beds (hotel) or studios with kitchen
The arrangment price doesn't include:
- Facultative tours ( tour of island Tasos ...)
- Other expences
- Additional day is 20 euro
IMPORTANT: To be eligible for participation the Festival’s programme you have to pay garant tax 10% and reservation10%.
In case of cancelation there will be no refund.
Note: All ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music CD. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duration of 10 minutes.
