The Festival for majorette teams and supporting orchestras is being organized for the second time and will take place from 26.VI-30.VI.2012 in Ohrid, Macedonia. On the occasion of it we want to invite you to participate in our esteemed festival.

Conditions for participation:

Conditions for participation at the festival are:
- The number of the participants is limited.
- No age limits.
- The teams must have prepared program for 20-30 minutes.
- The teams, which do not have an accompanying orchestra, can use a CD.

Participation fee:

The participation fee in the festival is:
90 Euro per participant (4 full boards)
80 Euro per participant (4 half boards).

Accommodation:

Accommodationis in rooms with 2, 3, 4 beds, each with bathroom and WC.

The festival provides:

- Prizes for the winners of the festival.
- Souvenir  for each participant.
- Professional  guides.
- Reception at the mayor.

Program:

- 1 day (26.06) – Reception of the participants.
- 2 day (27.06) – City tour and visit of culture – historical monuments.
- 3 day (28.06) – Free day on the beach, parade at  19:oo pm, solemn opening ceremony of the festival.
- 4 day (29.06) - 09:00 h – visit of „St. Naum“Monastery, 19:00h – performances and handing out awards.
- 5 day (30.06) – Departure of the participants.

Please, send application form no later than March 15, 2012.

Approved groups paid in advance 10% guarantee fee that is deducted in the final payment.
Until  30.03.2012 send  payment of a 10 % fee for  reservations  in hotel.
 
Send photo and video materials.
 
Official confirmation of participation is issued after receipt of the guarantee fee.
Official invitations are sent after the official confirmation of participation.

Teams, that wish to stay more days, can do so against relevant surcharge.
