ОСНОВНА ЦЕЛ НА ФЕСТИВАЛА

Основна цел на фестивала е да насърчи взаимодействието между културите в областта на народното творчество. Основната идея на организаторите е да се съберат определени екипи от различни страни на света в Санкт Петербург за тясно взаимодействие, с цел да се осъществи кръстосано обогатяване на културите и насърчаване на международното културно сътрудничество.

Друга идея на фестивала е предаване на националните традиции на по-младото поколение, с цел съживяване и по-нататъшното разработване на национални постижения, да се култивират нови форми на междукултурния контакти.

  

ЦЕЛИ НА ФЕСТИВАЛА:

  • Развитие и укрепване на културните връзки със страните от бившия Съветски съюз и други страни, активиране на културния обмен, генериране на творчески климат, благоприятстващ за комуникация между участниците на фестивала;

  • Представяне на съвместни изпълнения на екипи от различни страни на света и градове на Русия, с цел да се насърчи зачитането на националните традиции на различни култури и да се стимулира създаването на нови шедьоври, базирани на фолклора на различните страни;

  • Повишаване уменията на ръководителите на групите;

  • Търсене и предоставяне на всеобща подкрепа на нови имена и екипи в областта на народната музика (най-добрите групи ще се поставят на уебсайт и в Златната книга на фестивала);

  • Насърчаване на музикалните продуценти, организатори на концерти и фестивали, за да се разработят по-нататъшни контакти с участващите колективи (покана на най-добрите групи за концертни турнета и международни фестивали);
  • Въвеждане на образователни програми в училищата с цел да насажда в младите хора положително отношение към етническото многообразие и да повиши интереса им към традициите, обичаите и културата на различните етноси.

УЧАСТНИЦИ:

  • Вокални групи, изпълняващи фолклорна музика: хорове и групи
  • Танцови групи, изпълняващи популярни и фолклорни танци
  • Инструментални групи: оркестри и групи, изпълняващи фолклорна музика
  • Групи, изпълняващи откъси от фолклорни празници, обичаи, церемонии, народни игри и др.

Всяка група трябва да включва най-малко трима членове, няма други ограничения по отношение на възраст и брой на членовете!

CATEGORIES:

А – folklore vocal, authentic folklore (choirs and folklore ensembles)
B – classic vocal and modern arrangement of folklore music (choirs and ensembles)
С – folklore vocal (soloists and duets)
D – choreographic ensembles (folklore dances)
Е – folklore dances (soloist and pairs)
F – instrumental ensembles and orchestras (folklore music)
G – instrumental music (soloists and duets)
No limitations are placed on age or number of participants.
 

CONTEST PROCEDURE

The contest shall consist of 2 rounds.

10 November

There will be the rehearsals of the participants on the contest stage. Every group will have the time for rehearsal on the stage with microphones and a CD player. The schedule of the rehearsals will be made by the secretary of the competition beforehand.

11 November - The First round

In the first round artists will present two pieces based on traditional (folklore) material of any country up to 10 minutes.
Upon completion of the first round the jury will make decision as to winners and diploma holders of contest, and will award special prizes:
  • Winner (Gold, Silver and Bronze diplomas by categories)
  • Diploma (three degrees by categories)
  • Participant
  • Special prizes of the jury (by categories)


Evaluation criteria:

  • Artistry and performing skills of competitors;
  • Representation of local material, both traditional and modern;
  • Presentation of program (costumes, traditional music instruments, originality of direction).

13 November - The Second round

Contest is open for general public.
Only Winners with Gold and Silver diplomas will pass in the second round. The group will perform folklore related one piece of 3 minutes duration.
By results of the second round the best group will be awarded:

Grand Prix - 1000 EURO


TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

All competitors are in the same conditions. Organizing committee provides:

  • Piano (other musical instruments to be provided by the participants themselves);
  • Eight microphones for vocalists;
  • Six microphones for instrumentalists;
  • CD player.

PLEASE, NOTICE! Phonogram (+) for vocal groups is NOT ALLOWED!


PARTICIPATION FEE

To participate in contest, artists should submit an application and pay a fee:
Soloists – 30 euro
Duets (pairs) – 40 euro
A group of less than 12 members - 100 euro (per group)
A group of more than 12 members - 150 euro (per group)

The participants pay the fee immediately sending in the application form and no later than September 1, 2012. In case of refusal to participate in the event received after September 15, 2012 the entrance fee is not refund.

The Organizing Committee will send the bank details upon receiving the application form.

УСЛОВИЯ

  • Фестивалът е благотворителен, участниците няма да получават заплащане за концертите;
  • Всички участници на фестивала заплащат сами пътуването си. Организационният комитет ще осигури хотели (общежития) съобразно предпочитанието на съответната група и ще уреди храна и културна програма (екскурзии) при желание и съгласие на участниците;
  • Участващите отбори ще предоставят материали за отпечатване, които ще се използват в плакати, брошури и каталози на фестивала за информация; всеки отбор ще получи каталог;

  • Участие в концертите по откриването и закриването на фестивала, което включва изпълнение на едно парче, за не повече от 3 минути и участие в концерти на фестивала, продължителност на изпълнението: 10 - 20 минути (най-малко един концерт);
  • Всички участници на фестивала трябва да представят своите аудио или видео записи на организаторите (CD-та могат да се изпращат по пощата с обикновена поща, както и няколко песни могат да бъдат изпращани по електронна поща);
  • Всички участващи колективи ще получат диплома и сувенир от фестивала;
  • Всички събития на фестивала ще се отразяват от пресата, радио и телевизионни програми; информацията, предоставена от участниците на организационния комитет, ще бъде използвана в рекламни материали на фестивала;  
  • Делегацията може да включва не само изпълнители, но и придружители. Няма ограничения в броя на изпълнителите и придружаващите ги лица;
  • Участие във вечерно парти с други групи (по избор).

«Festival Package 1» 240 EUR per person (economic option at hostel)

  • 5 nights in twin/double rooms, bathrooms available;
  • 5 breakfasts on buffet;
  • transfer "airport-hostel-airport" with guide;
  • one dinner with other groups (festival party);
  • four dinners on buffet at hostel;
  • sightseeing city tour by bus with guide (St. Petersburg);
  • Opening ceremony with gala concert of participants;
  • public concerts with other groups;
  • the workshops (with Russian or foreign specialists);
  • participation in one category of the competition (optional);
  • transfers to the competition and concert venues;
  • complete set of festival information materials.

«Festival Package 2» 275 EUR per person (3* hotel)

  • 5 nights in standard twin/double rooms, bathrooms available;
  • 5 breakfasts on buffet;
  • transfer "airport-hotel-airport" with guide;
  • one dinner with other groups (festival party);
  • four dinners on buffet at hostel;
  • sightseeing city tour by bus with guide (St. Petersburg);
  • Opening ceremony with gala concert of participants;
  • public concerts with other groups;
  • the workshops (with Russian or foreign specialists);
  • participation in one category of the competition (optional);
  • transfers to the competition and concert venues;
  • complete set of festival information materials.

Please notice! Hotel/hostel reservation is guarantee ONLY after 10% prepayment no later than September 30.

Accommodation, meals and culture program (excursions, bus, guides) for the participants is provider by "Art Attache" Creative Organization

ЗАЯВКА ЗА УЧАСТИЕ

За да участвате във фестивала, трябва да попълните бланка за заявка и да я изпратите не по-късно от 1 септември, 2012 г.
Материалите, които трябва да придружават заявката, са следните:
  • Описание на групата (не повече от 10 реда на руски и английски език);
  • Цветни снимки на групата (във формат JPG (JPEG), не по-малко от 2 MB);
  • Аудио- или видео записи.
  • Примерен репертоар.
